I was afraid that the apartment would stop renting for a month. It was FEMRENT who proposed that they would pay me for the apartment every month and that they would take care of all the maintenance. Now I feel calm and I stop thinking about whether the apartment is rented or not. Now I can enjoy totally passive incomes.
